where do I have to go to find out how much Chereokee indian blood I actually have,to qualify for benefits?

I know my mother was full blooded Cherokee Indian, but my father was not indian at all.But i do remember my Mothers father, and he has told me stories about the Cherokee Nation, and lived by the Cherokee way.So with this in mind, i like to find out how i can proof that I am actually part Cherokee Indian.

You have to go to the Cherokee nation. They can walk you through the process better than anywhere else. It’s also better to be in contact with them as soon as possible if you’re interested in joining- it’ll help you adapt and get to know more people in the nation.

Good luck! :0)
