Then, the lack of interest in quality education, there is no demand for graduating all students at least from high school, which really killed you when blue collar jobs dried up and higher education became a requirement for the good jobs. Now you see young black men that rely on women to provide for them and treat them poorly. The women now will not allow a man to discuss alternatives with them and seek to control their relationships due to growing up in households where the woman is in charge and the boys are irresponsible.... gangs allow the boys to associate with others that do not belittle them (too much).
